Becoming A Supply Teacher

We care for the welfare of our supply teachers and our ultimate aim is to find them a permanent position (if required). We work with schools in Bridgend, R.C.T., Neath/Port Talbot and the Vale of Glamorgan.

At all times from CELTIC TEACHERS:

• You will receive sound professional advice and support - you will always be able to speak to Alison or Phil on the telephone.
• Regular teachers will have access to free training and information sessions to ensure continuing professional development.
• We can offer advice with job applications and interview technique. (Phil has 26 years of experience as a head teacher recruiting teachers and deputy head teachers).
• We aim to promote you to schools and find you the position you require.
• We pay highly competitive rates to all supply teachers.
• We can give you as much warning as possible for short notice bookings due to our extensive contact hours.
• We care about our teachers and make your welfare our priority.
